First Day
We started out our journey by checking in at the Spring Lake Park Community
Center at 3:00am. Got on a bus to the airport to catch our early flight. We were
able to park our car at the community center for the duration of the trip. We
flew into Boston where our bus was waiting for us. We immediately started
our site seeing tour upon leaving the ariport. We were given som free time to
visit Old Town in Alexandria,Virginia. We then visited the Air Force memorial
and some took a long fast walk at the Pentagon to visit the 9/11 memorial. I
was not one of them so no pictures. Arlene did make the trek an said it was
very impressive. We then checked into our hotel around 4:00 p.m. and left
again after freshing up for dinner.
